How your case goes
You always know what is happening with your case and who is responsible for the next step.
You: leave a request on the website or message us.
We: assess your chances and choose the right legal basis.
You: sign the contract and pay 500 zł.
We: send you a document checklist for your situation.
We: help you create or restore your trusted profile and set up an address for letters from the office.
You: collect the papers from the checklist.
We: contact your employer ourselves (Annex No. 1 to the application - filled in and signed by the employer, Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych - the Polish social insurance institution and tax office certificates) and check every document.
We: fill in the application (wniosek) and file it.
You get: the Urzędowe Poświadczenie Odbioru - electronic confirmation that the application has been filed and case number - proof that your application was filed.
Support until the card: the 1000 zł is paid only at this point
You: come to the office on the appointed day.
We: keep track of the invitation and deadlines; if the case stalls, we suggest a formal reminder (ponaglenie).
We: answer the inspector’s requests and renew certificates on time - the office accepts ZUS and tax office certificates no older than a month.
You: receive the decision and collect your card.

“Filing” ends when you have the UPO and the case number. With “Full service” we handle your case under a power of attorney until you get the card: fingerprints, wezwania, certificates and deadlines.
